Farid blended all the grapes he had together, et...voilà: A beautiful "mess". This is Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Sylvaner, Chardonnay, Muscat, Verdejo, Muscat ottonel. All from different regions also. Might sound like a mess but surprisingly it isn't! Fresh, aromatic, super-rich in fruit and soft in the mouth. This is WILD, and we love it!
