Spontaneous fermentation and 25 days on skins and stems in open concrete tanks. Aged in big chestnut barrels and stainless steel. Raspone is a real, genuine red wine with a rustic charm. The nose is all about red fruit, spices, and herbs. It's fresh, juicy, and has a long finish. The tannins are surprisingly smooth and polished for an Aglianico. Exceptional!
