• Vino Frizzante - La Preara (Veneto): This 100% Garganega Pét Nat is a lively and refreshing sparkler. Refermented in the bottle with the addition of must made with dried grapes, it boasts a captivating nose of white flowers, grass, and subtle yeast notes. Perfectly balanced, it offers a delightful interplay of freshness and minerality, making it ideal for an aperitivo with raw fish, sushi, or a delicate risotto.
• Rosso Tempesta - La Via del Colle (Emilia Romagna): A captivating expression of Syrah, this unique red combines two distinct vinifications from the same harvest, with a portion undergoing carbonic maceration. Spontaneously fermented with zero added sulfites, it delivers an explosion of fruit flavors – strawberry, mixed berries, and plums – with a warm, soft finish. A perfect match for red meat, this red embodies a joyous and traditional spirit.
  
• The First Flush Gin (10cl): Handcrafted in Munich using solely organic ingredients, this award-winning gin is produced in small batches, ensuring the highest quality and unique flavor profile.
