Pineau d'Aunis is a rare grape variety native to the Loire Valley, and it is here that our Farid sources the grapes for his Tsar System. Fermented for ten days and aged for eight months in old barrels, this wine is a true masterpiece. Light, soft, fresh, and complex. With notes of cherry, strawberry, blueberry, a subtle citrus hint, and a medley of spices. On the palate, it is velvety smooth. Trust us, this is one of the best natural wines we've tasted this year.
