This unique blend of Cinsault and Marsanne is crafted by infusing destemmed Sauvignon and Viognier berries into the must, resulting in an 18-day maceration period. The wine is then aged in tank for 8 months. On the nose, aromas of bergamot, fresh almond, mango, green olive, and grapefruit. The palate is wide and comforting, marked by a lively minerality and notes of white fruits like peaches. No sulfur, filtration, or any other additives. True wine!
