About 'Primo' by Montepiatti:

An orange bubble from the land of Prosecco? Hell yeah!
"Primo" is a little gem produced in limited quantities with 90% Glera and 10% Bianchetta Trevigiana. During the 14 days of fermentation at uncontrolled temperatures, the wine is manually punched down daily. Minimal sulfites are used, and racking is done only when necessary. Indigenous yeasts and grape sugar are employed for bottle refermentation in Spring. White fruit, flowers, and a lively fizz that will make this bottle the perfect companion for an Italian-style aperitivo.

About Montepiatti

Montepiatti produces natural Prosecco in Susegana, taken over in 2020 by Soira Bazzo and Filippo Santarossa. They work 2.5 hectares of Glera plus native varieties like Bianchetta Trevigiana, Verdiso, and Dall'Occhio—grapes most Prosecco producers ignore. Biodiversity is key: hedges, woods, beehives, cover crops.
Everything's done by hand with minimal treatments. They're reviving traditional farming while making Prosecco that actually tastes like something. Prosecco is dead; long live Prosecco.
