About 'P' by Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau of La Bòheme

This natural wine is crafted from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay. The P 2023 was vinified using whole cluster maceration, giving the wine beautiful tannin structure and depth.

Auvergne's volcanic terroir brings a delicious minerality to every sip. On the nose, expect beautiful notes of cherries and wildflowers, vanilla, and forest berries—aromatics that carry through with great length and body on the palate.

Made with zero added sulfites, P is a vibrant, living wine that expresses the pure character of volcanic soils and Bouju's masterful winemaking.
