M 2022 is a natural white wine made by Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau at their Domaine, using Melon de Bourgogne grapes from the Loire. Spontaneous fermentation, vinified with zero sulfites, and aged in traditional buried glass vessels.
This is a dry white with delicious salinity. The nose shows fruity notes of apple, tropical fruits, and spice. A really delicious wine that pairs perfectly with cheese and fish. Also great as an aperitif.
