Nonno Nicola, the patriarch of Agricola Paglione, is nicknamed "Il Caporale," and this natural wine is not only dedicated to him, but we can say that it represents the tradition and authenticity that he brought to the entire winery. One of the most representative traditional red wines of Puglia. Intense ruby red, rich, fruity and spicy. Cherry, berries, walnuts on the nose, while juicy and soft inside the mouth. Very pleasant tannins. A very elegant red, nevertheless suitable for everyday.
