About 'Tranquillement' by Jeux De Vins:
Tranquillement is an extraordinary blend of Gewürztraminer and Sylvaner, crafted in collaboration with Théo and Nicholas Einhart. The grapes, grown on a terroir rich in clay-limestone, undergo spontaneous fermentation and a 4-day maceration before resting in steel tanks for 10 months. Unfined and unfiltered, this is an intense and complex wine, rich and decidedly gastronomic. The nose offers a delightful mix of citrus and floral notes, perfectly aromatic, while the palate is structured and balanced by a subtle freshness. An ideal companion for spicy and refined dishes, or Asian cuisine such as a beautiful chicken curry.
