Rouge 2022
A blend composed of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Cabernet Franc. Approximately 14 days of maceration, followed by soft pressing and aging in barriques. An elegant red with a very delicate nose. Cherries, sour cherries, strawberry, and blackberry, with a balanced undertone of chocolate. A balsamic and floral finish of rose. Evolves in the glass with warm notes of wood. On the palate, it enters very smoothly, with an excellent taste-olfactory correspondence, with a hint of blood orange. Very fine, silky tannins. Persistent, ideal for pairing with roasts, game, or a beautiful Bolognese ragù.
