A dynamic, light sparkling wine with a gentle mouthfeel and complex smoky notes. The blending of these two grape varieties is a stylistic choice, as well as a suggestion from the farmers, to combine the strengths of the two varieties and expand their potential. Spontaneous fermentation, no sulphites added, refermentation with frozen must from the same vintage. Only 2500 bottles exist of this Pét Nat bomb.
