Bruno and Théo are not only capable of making great wines, but they do so with one eye always fixed on the Alsatian tradition, and this rosé (or light-red) is proof.
Pinot Noir, direct press, the same grapes that will then go into making the fantastic Crémant Blanc de Noire. Soft, saline, slightly smoky. Much more than a table wine, perfect for accompanying a platter of charcuterie, grilled chicken or fatty fish.
