About Lissner

Lissner is a legendary Alsatian domaine in Wolxheim, established in 1848 and now run by Bruno Schloegel and his son Théo. They farm using Masanobu Fukuoka-inspired methods: no soil tillage, no canopy intervention, just weaving and wild biodiversity. Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Gewürztraminer vines grow among grass, flowers, and trees.
Hand-picked grapes, slow pressing, spontaneous fermentation, no sulfur added, no filtration. Wild, free, alive wines that age beautifully. As natural as it gets.
