About Bourre Pif

Bourre Pif is a micro natural wine project in Alsace run by Delphine Castel, who started in 2022. She's a négociant working with local organic and biodynamic growers who share her values. Everything is done by hand from harvest to bottling: no additives, no filtration, no clarification, zero compromises.
Delphine learned from Lambert Spielmann and other natural winemakers. She's also a motorcycle mechanic who travels the world solo when she's not making wine. Free spirit in the cellar and on the road.
