The yeasts in the bottle guarantee continuous refinement until it is consumed. Apple, pear and a slight herbal note in the nose, a persistent bubble rich of minerals in the mouth. We recommend drinking it cloudy. Shake it a LITTLE before drinking. Great to fish and a beautiful octopus sandwich!
