About La Via del Colle

La Via del Colle produces organic natural wines in Romagna, Italy. Founded in 1982, the estate is now run by twins Francesco (winemaker) and Chiara, working 5 hectares of certified organic vineyards with native grapes like Albana, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Bombino Bianco, and Terrano.
Francesco uses spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control, no filtration, and zero sulfites. Their orange wines age in amphora and terracotta. They only bottle when vintages deliver perfectly ripe, healthy grapes with real structure.
