Another fantastic Riesling from Du Vin aux Liens, this time a Grand Cru from 2017, spontaneously fermented and aged in Alsatian foudres. The nose expresses all the typicality of Riesling, with a lovely fresh citrus note of lime and lemon, followed by green apple. On the palate, it has a beautiful texture, a controlled acidity, and a terrific salinity. Perfect to pair with fish dishes, oysters, or very flavorful cheeses.
