After 72 hours of maceration, the fermented must is divided: half in wood barrels and half in amphora. After resting, the barrel and the amphora come together before bottling, merging the elegance of the wood and the scratchy and mineral character of the terracotta in a new and seductive guise. Beautiful ruby red, juicy red fruit aromas and a slightly smoky sensation. Brilliant!
