Hand-harvested grapes, gently crushed, given a brief maceration with the skins, and then pressed into stainless steel. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 1 year in tank, followed by bottling, unfiltered with no sulfites added. A softer profile for a Montepulciano / Primitivo. Young, fruity and beautiful!  Almost neon pink in the glass, and a very low alcohol rate (10,5%), makes this a bangin' bottle.
