L’intravineuse 2023
About 'L'Intravineuse' by La Sorga:
This kaleidoscopic wine brings together Sauvignon (44%), Mauzac (27%), Chasan (14%), Muscat Petit Grain (9%), and Terret Bourret (6%) from Villafranchian soils and limestone sands.
The winemaking is masterful - destemmed macerations in jars and tanks ranging from 21 to 65 days, followed by 9 months aging in tank. The nose opens with plum and pear, initially slightly reductive but quickly blossoming into beautiful white fruits. On the palate, it's laser-focused - mineral, gloriously sapid, with gentle tannins and impressive length. So incredibly drinkable!
Just grapes, no sulfites, no additives, no filtration. Perfect for adventurous food pairings or simply savoring on its own!
