One of La Sorga's most recognized merits is Mr. Tortul's passion for less renowned varieties. This "Jesus Reviens!" is a Colombard from basaltic loam soils in Adissan, directly pressed with selection of the finest juice, vinified in stone eggs, bottled by gravity with the new moon, aged on lees for 4 months, and disgorged by hand. The nose is intensely mineral, citrusy, with white fruit. The palate is incredibly lively, with fine bubbles, and a stony finish. You wouldn't believe the complexity of this pétnat.
