A Fantastic La Sorga-Style Interpretation of Mauzac Jaune. The grapes underwent whole-cluster maceration for 9 months, followed by 2 months of aging on the lees in tank. The result is an orange wine with a remarkably rich and aromatic nose, with notes of pear, baked apple, spices, and saffron. On the palate, delivers a complex and layered experience, revealing flavors of floral notes, buttery nuances, tarte tatin, and a delightful refreshing acidity. A subtle tannic structure suggests a promising aging potential.
