About 'Bonne Mine' by Jeux De Vins:
Bonne Mine, from the Jeux de Vins project, is born from the collaboration between Julien Albertus and Domaine Goepp. It's an exceptional natural wine, produced from Riesling and Sylvaner grapes from two different vintages: 2020, aged in Alsatian foudres for 2 years, and 2021, aged for just one year. Incredibly easy and compulsively drinkable, it's a refreshing, savory, and mineral white wine. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes, it has a delightful green note that beautifully complements the typical aromas of Riesling. Excellent!
