A blend of Viognier, Riesling, and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), briefly macerated, then pressed and fermented in used barriques. The Viognier matures in stainless steel. Aged for 11 months on its lees and bottled with a homeopathic dose of sulfur. Pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is decisive and rich. It immediately envelops with characteristic notes of Riesling, tropical fruit, mango, lychee, green apple, and petrol. On the palate, it enters fresh and creamy, with a beautiful verticality rounded out by a pleasant softness and hints of walnut and coconut.
