From clay-calcareous soils, this wine macerates for 24 days in stoneware jars and is then aged on the lees for 5 months. The nose entices with aromas of small dark fruits like blackcurrant, with a hint of vegetal notes. The palate is lively, with light tannins and a mineral finish. With its low 10% alcohol content, this wine has an incredible drinkability.
