The only red wine in the Jeux de Vins project, crafted in collaboration with Clément et Sylvain Goepp, could only be a Pinot Noir. Clearly Alsatian in inspiration and an expression of natural and artisanal winemaking, this Pinot Noir is vibrant, authentic, the kind of natural wine that truly excites us. The nose is lively, bursting with small red fruits, oranges, and roses, with a rustic note that lends it a genuine sense of place. On the palate... well, it's simply excellent! Perfect with a platter of cured meats or roasted meat. What can we say... long live Alsatian Pinot Noir!
