What strikes immediately about Davide and Francesca is their passion and honesty. And their natural wines? It's hard not to get excited when you taste them. Pure, real, made only from grapes. Bright, rich, aromatic, and splendidly drinkable.
But let's talk about them first. Davide and Francesca bring years of experience from the restaurant world. Sommeliers and wine shop owners who lived and breathed wine from every angle. They learned the craft of organic viticulture and natural winemaking from dear friends in Veneto, and quickly realized that for them, the only way to make wine was naturally: 100% grapes, zero additives, zero added sulfites.
In 2019, they launched Vigna Flor in the Colli Euganei hills, dedicating the project to their daughter, Flor. They began harvesting their own grapes, some from vines over 40 years old, producing small-batch natural wines that honor the land and tradition.
Their wines have character and fully express their vision of wine as the fruit of terroir and human energy. In the vineyard, this vision comes alive through synergistic agriculture. In the cellar, through spontaneous fermentation and non-invasive, manual winemaking. In the glass? A generosity of aromas and flavors: distinct, clean, delicious.
